Expecto Patronum!

My computer has not been feeling well of late so I've sent it off to a health spa for a few days. Hopefully a few days is all it needs because the batteries in my iPod will only last so long. If you don't see me on your blog this week, it's not because I don't love you.

  1. Good luck. Everyone needs a protective charm now and then. Remember 'swish and flick' with the wrist movement for better success.

  4. Sometimes all one needs is a facial, a mani/pedi, and a full body massage to cure what ails ya. Here's hoping it works for your computer.

  7. I hope your computer feels better soon! You reminded me that I need a week at the spa. Yeah, like that's going to happen. Can't wait until you're back commenting again! Loved your charm. Got an extra one?

  10. Sorry!!! We are up to 3 computers in our house now. Really kind need them all. The boys need to web surf for reports and word process every day for their homework.

... I like to just avoid the fights for a computer. Just priceless to me.

  11. I'm thinking about getting one of those Net Books so I have a backup when my 'puter needs help; had to buy new one recently because mine flunked spa tests, all of them!

    Luck on yours.

  12. Do you wonder what shape your Patronus would take? I'm worried mine would be some kind of lazy tree sloth and wouldn't really do me any good.

  14. Sure, sure, you're just saying that because you're going to disappear and don't really want to tell us about it!

We'll miss you in the meantime!

  16. We all feel on the verge of a nervous breakdown when the old computer craps out. Twitchy and nervous. Don't worry it shall pass and you'll log on to find the usual 872 email lottery spams. You could always read Half Blood Prince again...

  17. probably be the best week for you in a while. We all need a break once in a while, scheduled or not.

  21. Okay, I was starting to worry that I scared you too. People have been finiky lately. What's a little kink between friends, huh!

  22. That map is a bit of a time suck. But intersting.

  23. May it get well soon. Is this one of those health spas? You know, the fat camps that have a nice name. Or is it actually like a Betty Ford Rehab that pretends to be a resort?
