Less Words, More Content

For the lack-of-Star-Wars-content complainers:

Stacy

Moss graffiti

Put in blender: one can of cheap beer or 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, a few handfuls of moss, one teaspoon of sugar. Paint on wall and mist daily until it grows.

This is pretty cool.

I finally, finally, FINALLY got an iPhone because my wife is awesome and said I could get one for our anniversary. After I got her a new bedside lamp from Ikea. Don't be jealous ladies. Anyway, here's some text between my brother and I. (btw, an otter is an iPhone cover)

There's really no way to introduce this.

There's 2 minutes you'll never get back. You're welcome.

  1. I like that nifty moss art, need to try it out.

Love the post-it vid, but I just could not make myself watch more than 15 Secs. of the He-Man vid.

Congrats on the anniversary, and on finally, finally, finaly having gotten that iPhone.

  2. I had a spare two minutes.

And now I'll never get them back.

And while the idea is cool... I spend all kinds of minutes trying to get things to stop growing on my walls...

  3. Congratulations on your anniversary! Which one is it? So glad you got your long-awaited iPhone. I have to tell you your conversation with your brother made me laugh and that's hard to do at 5:30 a.m. What is it about brothers? :)

The moss art seems like a cool idea, but I would probably forget to mist everyday and I'd have dead moss.

    Hope you're enjoying your summer!

  4. That moss graffiti is insane - but cool.

The post-it note video was even cooler.

Welcome to the SmartWorld - glad you didn't give up your dorkiness.

I really want my 2 minutes back. ;)

  6. I mentioned to JR and I wanted to sprout some moss. His answer was, "why don't we just go back to Seattle?" Mmmm...yeah that won't happen but I love the idea.

  7. Moss on the wall???? I love you for giving this recipe to me. Don't bother heading over to the Warehouse, because I haven't updated. It's back to school for me, you know. Post coming soon.

  8. Wow, back in NY we scrubbed the moss off the walls. This "art" sounds counter-intuitive to me. Congrats on the phone and otterbox. LG wants you to know that otters do not go in boxes, though. That's mean. (that's a conversation we had every day for a week after he learned I ordered one, until it came and he saw what it was...)

  10. Otter box rocks, I've got a commuter or something. Love the thing. For very accident prone peeps, I recommend the defender. You can chuck that thing across the store and it doesn't even break.

Um, just make sure the phone is IN the defender though, mmm K?

    (Just a helpful hint.)

Love the moss. Maybe I should go shave my house into a poem...

  11. How can anyone not love the He-Man video? Although I don't recall his voice sounding like that when my boys watched him. :)

Happy Anniversary. I'm sure the lamp was very nice too.

  12. I think I've gone blind; the He-Man video is...well I don't know what to say about it really, other than what is up with the pink tights?

  13. Well, well, well...I think your iphone trumps my ipad--Happy Anniversary! I wish I could think of something cool enough to write with the moss to make the effort worthwhile (forget that I really have no appropriate place for it!)

  14. Love that Death Star dress - super cute!

    Creative Moss - that's fantastic.

The post-it project is beyond words...okay just one...magnificent.

  19. That moss art is so cool! My wife wears the iPhone in our family. Apparently at $1200 a year to operate, one is all we can afford!

  20. I could totally rock that dress... (ok, maybe not). I am laughing my a** off at Chuck's comment above. I too wear the iPhone in our family. My husband would drop it in the toilet.
